Liposuction and Yoga

Yoga and liposuction just seem to go together. When your body swells from liposuction procedures, your body needs to get rid of the swelling. One way is to move or walk and the other way is to stretch your body. Liposuction of the arms just cries out for yoga and stretching. The arms feel tight and swollen even down to the wrists.
